Awaken the Muse

Mirror Journey Work is an ever-evolving improvisational practice that weaves breath, sound, and the wisdom of the group into a living mirror, revealing who we are and how our gifts serve the greater fabric of existence. The Artists as Muse series incorporates creative practices and prompts to help mine the subconscious and explore what is longing to be shared with the world.


This will be a very intimate, inspiring, and liberating experience. In a small group of no more than five artists, musicians, and writers.
