Annie offers scores and suggestions to explore sensation, receptivity, transitions and texture. The practice is meant to unlock stale movement patterns to arrive into fresh pathways. Flow, attune, de-tox, and play.
Annie is a dancer, performer, master teacher and choreographer. She founded RoCo Dance Center, Bay Area and El Campo, Baja Mexico: a retreat and creative haven. Annie splits her time between New York and Baja Mexico, where she shares her practices,The Field, which blends post-modern dance, yoga, authentic movement, body-mind centering, and choreography into something that feels equal parts grounding and electric.
Mirror Journey Work is an ever-evolving improvisational practice guided by journey designer Carly Jo Carson that weaves breath, sound, and the wisdom of the group into a living mirror, revealing who we are and how our gifts serve the greater fabric of existence. Her heavily layered original soundtracks invoke healing, transformation, and remembrance — offering a pathway for people to awaken the heart, ignite creativity and purpose, and connect with the divine without any external substances.
